Returns/Exchanges
At Discount Furniture Net, we take pleasure in the high quality/great price
products available to our online consumers. With each and every purchase
you make with us, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Our shipments
are carefully inspected and packaged before leaving the warehouse. With
proper shipping and product care, all of our furniture should arrive in
pristine condition. However, in the event that you may not find yourself
fully satisfied with your online purchase, please read the return and exchange
policies below.
Upon delivery of your purchase, prior to signing the shipping receipt,
carefully open and inspect items for any damage or defects. Should you
notice any damage or defects, note them on the shipping receipt clearly.
Be sure to get a copy of this shipping receipt (“Bill of Lading”) before the
delivery person leaves. If this event occurs, please contact our customer
service immediately (within 48 hours) to guarantee no additional costs
or liability to you. If you do not contact us within the 48-hour time
frame, additional fees may be applicable.
We do not allow delivery refusal. If you miss your delivery appointment
(s), or return a non-defective or undamaged product for any reason including,
but not limited to size, color, dislike, you will incur original shipping
charges along with actual return shipping fees. Return shipping fees can
range from $100 to $600 and above, depending on the size and weight of the
product.
We carefully inspect all customer returns upon arrival at the warehouse.
Any items not in their original and new conditions may qualify for a partial
refund of the product’s price. This refund will include deductions for
original shipping as well as the return shipping fees.
In the event that you may find yourself dissatisfied with your furniture
purchase choice, please return within 10 days (by requesting Return
Authorization from our customer service department) for a full cost refund
minus the original shipping charge* and return shipping fees. In
order to receive a full refund, the item must be in original packaging,
non-assembled, and in original condition. There will be a 20% restocking
fee for returned items. There is no return for closeout items, RTA, or
any other item previously specified. Unfortunately, we cannot accept
returns for products that have been assembled or modified. Additionally,
certain products cannot be returned because neither we, nor our vendors, can
take them back. If you have a question as to whether a product can be
returned, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service department.
*Return Authorization
In order to return items, prior return authorization is required by calling 1-530-863-9503, or emailing Support@DiscountFurnitureNet.com. Failure to obtain
return authorization will result in your return to be refused by our warehouse
and shipped back to you at your cost.
Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be
cancelled. Orders cancelled prior to shipping will incur a 5%
cancellation fee.
Expect to receive your refund within four weeks from shipping your return to
Discount Furniture Net stores. This includes conservative estimates of
the total time required for return shipping, product inspection, and processing
time from your bank or Credit Card Company. We will notify you via email
with the details of your refund. You will receive your refund via the
form of payment originally used for purchase.
Exchange Policy
At Discount Furniture Net, we take great pride in our selection of
furniture. Every item in our collection is carefully inspected before it
leaves the warehouse. We encourage you to do the same upon receipt of
your purchase. In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you
discover any manufacturer’s defect, please contact us at 1-530-863-9503 within
48 hours of delivery. We reserve the right to repair furniture in-home to
our specifications.
